Can I pay by check/money order?
Yes, but you should leave your online order marked as "saved". Then mail the check made out to "Ozone Productions, Ltd." to our address below. Include a note with your saved order number. Once your check or money order has been received and has cleared our bank, we will ship you and mark your order as shipped.:

Can I Order Over The Phone?
Yes, but only during our business hours of 11 to 6 California time.
What teeshirt size should I buy?
Please view the sizing scale for approximate sizing of all of our garments. All garments inherently vary slightly in sizing from style to style.
If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.
How should I care for my clothing items?
Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to machine wash each garment with like or similar colors. Wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. You might add a small amount of fabric softener. Tumble dry with your gentle cycle and low heat. And please do not use any type of bleach. Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.

How Do We Ship Your Orders?
All original artwork and limited edition prints are shipped via Federal Express. Other orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Your order will usually ship within 3-5 business days from receipt by us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-5 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to US Postal Service backups. Outside the US, it can take up to 2 weeks from the day we ship, as customs and freight situations vary from country to country.
What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.
What does (Preorder Only) mean?
These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.

We do not store your credit card information, so you will have to re-enter it on each order you place.
Does Olivia do private commissioned paintings or drawings? What would one cost?
Olivia does private painting commissions if she has an artists interest in the project, and her always tight schedule permits. Fees for a painting begain at $15.000. Fee includes one preparatory studies, with a paintng commission. Olivia does not do commissioned drawings. Would Olivia paint my car, motorcycle, boat, airport ?
As this requires the use of paints she doesn't normally use, and numerous other special techniques, she has never accepted a project of this type. But, if the right situation arose, she might consider it.
Does Olivia use live models?
No. models are photographed in the studio, and she works from these reference photos.
I would love to pose for Olivia. Is this possible?
It's possible, but olivia likes to take the initiative when it comes to choosing models. If you send photos, send contact info, but don't expect the photos to be returned. Olivia will contact you if she wants to work with you.
Can I visit the studio?
Obviously, an artist's work space is a private area. However a visit to the studio can be arranged for qualified clients who are searching for that perfect original work of art. "contact us" or call 310-457-8065.
What materials and techniques does olivia use to create an original?
Gouache (an opaque watercolor), watercolor, pastel, sometimes, acrylics, and airbrush as a polishing tool.
Who have been Olivia's favorite models?
Each model is unique and special- and it's impossible to call one a favorite.
I am an aspiring artist, can Olivia give me any tips?
Practice, practice, practice.
What is a "giclee" print?
A "giclee" print is created from a digital four color scan of her original art. Prints are generally done on paper or canvas. The technology is evolving and olivia is always seeking the best ways to reproduce her art.
I'm interested in something I don't see here. What do I do?

Can I use the Olivia images for my emails, website, at all?
